Abstract :
Information quality reflects the level of the corporation management. In order to assess the information quality, one has to consider different factors in all views. This paper presents an information quality maturity model (IQMM), which grades the information quality maturity into initial level, basic level, repeatable level, quantitative management and optimized level from four different prospective, i.e. human resources, information resources, corporation activities and evaluation parameters. Then, this paper analyses the key activities involved in information management at each level in this model, and finally, based on a corporation in China, this paper evaluate its information quality maturity. The result shows that IQMM can help enterprise to understand their information status, and the information quality level can be used to provide the decision support for the informational programming in corporation.
