  • Abstract
The problem of Automatic Train Operation (ATO) system with multiple working conditions is investigated in this paper. Aiming at optimizing and predicting the running distance of the train, the control strategy is designed to realize the speed tracking. Considering the actual working conditions, different working conditions are tuned based on the fuzzy rules in current operation speed. To avoid the time-delays which brought by the fuzzy rules, predictive of the apposite distance to go is used into the speed adjustment braking of the train. The speed control algorithm is shown to be efficiency through the simulation, which improves many functions during the train operation, such as efficiency, safety, and avoid the time-delays.
