The Confirmation of the Organizational Learning Module and Index of the Evaluation in Library

Based on the four factors analyses of the organizational learning in library. This paper point s out the organizational learning is mostly the result of the common thinking module of the individual behavior according to this result. We construct the process module of the library organizational learning and also put forward the evaluation index corresponding t o the organizational learning.
