Abstract :
The design problem of synchronization control for a class of networked neural network systems is considered in this paper. In many applications, the distribution probabilities of QoS in the communication networks can be achieved through statistical methods. We reconsider the model of communication channels, and translate the distribution probability of QoS in the networks into parameter matrices of the transferred networked synchronization model. The control design method is given. A numerical example is provided to show the potentials of the proposed method.
