Abstract
In CPM (Critical Path Method) network planning, variety of start and finish time in single activity may affect other activities, especially, when finish time of this activity defers different value from the earliest finish time of the activity, the affected quantity of other activities may be different. In view of sensitivity analysis on single activity to quantity of other activities, by making use of the concept and function of free float, firstly, the model which represents relation between quantity of one activity´s finish time defer from the earliest finish time and quantity of other activities whose start times are defer is founded, secondly, the model which represents relation between quantity of one activity´s finish time defer from the earliest finish time and quantity of other activities whose floats are changed is founded, and thirdly, the model which represents relation between quantity of one activity´s finish time defer from the earliest finish time and quantity of other activities whose start times are defer or floats are changed is founded. Finally, it is feasible and correct to use through illustration.
