Abstract :
CNC system based on Siemens AG SINUMERIK820-core used for processing control of MKS1632 high-speed cylindrical grinding machine is designed. The mechanism of high speed spindle is that the motor and spindle are combined as one body, rapid feedrate is realized by steeplead ball screw and increasing feed servo motor rotation speed, the wear particles of wheel are mainly of cubic Boron Nitride and diamonds, and the machine is more stable and reliable. The CNC grinding machine can be realized in the three-axis CNC & successive feed of the two-axis, and the accurately digital control of contour evolution and radically flowing. The practice indicates that the system have strong extensibility, fast response time, high precision of recognition etc. feature. The efficiency of external cylindrical grinder and degree of automation is greatly raised.
