A general mode of B2B construction material procurement is put forward based on the specific contents of material procurement in large-scale construction enterprises and the electronic management in this paper. To present the mode, the process of construction material procurement business is electronized and the relevance of its modular composition is explicitly analyzed. Purchasing material by tendering is considered to be a crucial phase in the B2B mode demonstrated by information integration and optimal operation in the electronic bidding assessment module.
