    Innovation is the source for the development of enterprises, for commercial retail enterprises, marketing model innovation is even more important. Learn from family marketing, relationship marketing, loyalty marketing theory, in view of large-scale commercial retail enterprises, build a ‘consumer shareholders’ marketing mode, so that consumers and enterprises to build a natural kinship relations, pulling more customers become consumers, the formation of the network effects of corporate marketing. This article elaborated ‘the consumer shareholder’ with the consumption capital guidance´s marketing pattern, analyzed ‘expended the shareholder’ the marketing pattern and the traditional marketing idea and the pattern difference, has discussed the consumers´ capital guidance marketing pattern application question.
