Abstract :
In this paper, an information theoretic criteria (ITC) based spectrum sensing method is proposed to detect the multi-primary users in cognitive radio network. Based on the theory of array signal processing, a new frequency-domain channel model of spectrum sensing is presented with multiple antennas. Then, a novel ITC-based spectrum sensing algorithm is proposed, which can blindly detect multi-primary users simultaneously in multiple frequency band, without any primary users´ prior information. Simulation results show that, the proposed method can achieve a better spectrum sensing performance than conventional methods.
