Abstract :
At present, software design and development have many problems. For example, a mass of codes and resources have been designed. At the same time, software cost is more and more expensive, and software development cycle is more and more long. But software requirement can´t still be enough fulfilled. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a new software development architecture based on open environment to reduce the software cost and the software development cycle.
