Abstract :
The theoretical implications of proposed adaptive filtering schemes are explored and a practical design utilizing phase cancellation is presented. The differential low noise amplifier, a critical component of the proposed technique, has been implemented in a 200 GHz ft SiGe process with post layout simulations showing promise in achieving better than 38 dB interferer attenuation.
