Abstract :
In today´s era of service competition, service is even more important than product in manufacturing, the production and operation of enterprises should be organized and managed centering on service. Based on the theoretical studies and practical experience, the author will aim at coal enterprises and discuss how to establish total customer service system and the application mode in resource-based industries. We hope that it can be useful for the development of enterprises.
