Abstract :
This paper introduces a testing framework for conformance testing in service-oriented interconnection technologies. The conformance testing framework is utilized in a case study, which concentrates on testing Network on Terminal Architecture (NoTA) subsystems. NoTA is a service-oriented interconnection architecture that aims to facilitate communication between applications running on terminal devices. In the case study, the conformance testing framework aims to ensure that the NoTA subsystems conform to the NoTA specification and are interoperable with other NoTA subsystems. The conformance testing framework specifies a conformance testing process for NoTA subsystems and presents a flexible tool chain for NoTA subsystems testing. A keyboard service for NoTA is used as a system under test (SUT) to validate the functionality of the testing tool chain.
