Abstract
The logistics ability that required by China´s national economy on such a large scale and with so rapid speed is facing serious challenge. And it can´t be broken through in a short term. The development of logistics ability innovation is particularly important nowadays. This text researches the connotation and the elements of the logistics management service innovation. On the basis of empirical analysis, we surveyed the data about logistics service innovation in a sample region, and analyzed the logistics ability and the relation of its driving factors to innovation. On this basis, we put forward the embarkation and measures of the logistics service ability innovation.
