Abstract
The FCC is reallocating 600MHz DTV channels to mobile broadband. DTV tuner performance is of critical interest in this environment. We describe test results of contemporary ATSC 8-VSB tuners covering 75% of the U.S. market. Basic tests included sensitivity, SNR, and overload. Interference rejection tests included single interferers and IM3 pairs using 8-VSB and LTE signals.
