Abstract
This paper proposes a new thin and flexible vibrotactile module based on an electroactive polymer with 3×3 actuating cells. Since all components of the proposed module are flexible, the proposed module can be easily embedded into commercial mice having any shape. An experiment is conducted to investigate that the proposed module can generate enough force to stimulate human´s mechanoreceptors with wide frequency range.
