Abstract :
The paper studied product knowledge ontology modeling in the industrial cluster in order to solve the product information sharing problem owing to the different semantic and naming rules. Firstly the paper analyzed the framework of product information structure in PLIB (ISO 13584). The method of product ontology compatible to PLIB was discussed. It was also presented how to transfer product network knowledge to product classification tree. The paper introduced the method of product ontology modeling for industrial cluster based on product platform. The enterprise local ontology references the sharing product ontology. The paper provided a reference framework for sharing of product information in the industrial cluster.
