Using Cross-cultural Features in Web Design Patterns

There are several differences among cultures with the same language, social models formalize them, and however websites don´t have enough and complete guidelines to achieve a cross-cultural website although some web portals exhibit some guidelines applied. We propose how to use cross-cultural features in existing web design patterns.
