Abstract :
The flexibility has been a primary focus in the development of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. To improve the flexibility of ERP system and achieve a high level of success, this paper put forward methods for business process decompose and design of workflow log, and a data mining algorithm based on XML for reengineering of ERP is proposed. Thus we realize standardization of business process, function units and system structure of information system for production management, and achieve the automatic mining of bottlenecks in the process of production. Then an adaptive reengineering method of information system is brought forward for production management based on Multi-Agent, and the reengineering and flexibility of information system is realized. Those methods above implement the rapid acquirement of enterprise business model and optimization and configuration of information system. The validity of this mining algorithm and the feasibility of this technique structure are proved by the simulation with Petri net and its application in enterprises.
