Research on Knowledge Management Framework in R & D Organization

At the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management is attached more and more importance to our country in all circles. Only after fully understanding the importance of knowledge management and successfully implementing knowledge management can organizations maintain the continuous developmental vitality in the fierce competitive environment. Successful implementing of knowledge management is based on building a specific knowledge management framework. This paper starts from the concept of knowledge management, and then analyses the current situation of knowledge management in R & D organization. After that, we put forward a model of knowledge management framework in R & D organization, and finally, make a further analysis and expatiation on staff, knowledge environment and knowledge management platform, which are the three core parts of the model.
