The research of the building of competency model system in high-speed railway based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process

In order to point out the professional quality of staffs in the high speed railway system scientifically and quantitatively, this paper describes the procedures and methods of constructing competence assessment system with competency model and the fuzzy AHP method, mainly including the way to determine the job responsibilities, to give job competency evaluation, to calculation weight and how to apply the results.
