Abstract :
A previous paper, at last years conference, by Holman, Young, and Dovrington described a method which had been developed to define the requirements for surface naval command systems. The method has now been applied to a particular system. A number of problems have been identified. This paper discusses some of these problems and indicates how some of them may be overcome. An important feature of any method is its tool support. This paper also discusses the current tools in terms of their advantages and disadvantages, and indicates where suitable tools can be used
