Abstract :
The social informatization popularization, electronic self-service become development trend. Electronic channel development has become one of the core competitiveness of telecom operators. Three operators are already developing electronic channels. This article will focus on fine realization of electronic channel, and has strong practice and operability for electronic channel business development.
