  • Abstract
An array of 7492 SINIS Josephson junctions was used to generate fast reversed dc (FRDC) voltages of approx. 1.1 V for the study of thermoelectric effects in planar multijunction thermal converters (PMJTC). A bias current source for fast reversing with a frequency of up to 10 kHz has been designed. First measurements with a PMJTC have shown a slope in the FRDC-DC voltage transfer difference versus reversing frequency of about 10/sup -8//Hz. Regression to zero frequency allows to the FRDC-DC transfer difference to be determined with an uncertainty of less than 0.1 /spl mu/V/V.
