Abstract :
A kind of performance evaluation and rating method of project investment for computer engineering using property division based on connection degree according to set theory. The identity, difference and opposition of the value of the rating were analyzed. The connection degree division and variable weight mechanism of important value were integrated to build the variable weight optimized model based on the maximum connection degree as the criterion to determine grade-level evaluation. This method was applied into some computer engineering projects and proved efficiently.
