Abstract :
In this study, N, N´-dicarbazolyl-3, 5-benzene (mCP) as a host material doped with a blue phosphorescent iridium complexes iridium (III) bis [(4,6-di-fluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N-C2´] (FIrpic) to produce high efficient blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes (PHOLEDs). By combining the device with an inorganic phosphor YAG:Ce3+ as a color conversion layer (CCL) which are coated over the other side of glass substrate expect to get the white organic light-emitting device (WOLED). Experimental results showed that the devices have a good stability at different current densities. Although, the devices did not issue a white color, but it can prove that the devices with the CCL have an effective function to change colors.
