Abstract :
In this paper we show how the Common View (CV) Technique, a simple but powerful tool, was the better solution for TELMEX, the largest telephone company in Mexico, to improve its synchrony network in order to give a better and reliable telephonic public services. The CV links, between the main telephone centrals and the National Metrology Center in Mexico, CENAM supports and strengthens this synchrony network. Experimental results of the electromagnetic environment studies and those obtained from the receiver´s calibration, at TELMEX stations are reported.
