Research of Quality Contract Arrangement in Multi-echelon Supply Chain under Asymmetrical Information

At present, quality contract research is one of the most important fields in the supply quality management. On the basis of the previous research, the paper does much innovation. It does research in the quality contract of multi-echelon supply chain under asymmetric information. First, the paper analyses the game structure of tri-echelon supply chain and draws the quality revenue function of supply chain participators. Then, it puts forward the conditions of the first-best and second-best in the tri-echelon supply chain and illustrates theoretically that the global optimization and the local optimization can meet through contract arrangement concurrently.
