Abstract :
This paper describes a simulation model intended for the S.P.W. simulator adequate for Direct-Conversion receiver simulations. Six units of a prototype are also constructed and tested to verify the validity of the model. Different features of the receiver such as B.E.R. or sensitivity versus input parameters like input signal level, L.O. drifts etc. are measured and compared with the simulation results.
