Abstract :
This paper analyzed the complexity of enterprise information technology (IT) capability. By using complex adaptive system (CAS) theory, the author elaborated the CAS characteristics of IT capability. The results show that the enterprise IT capability is a dynamic adaptive capability, and thus has complexity. These results will be helpful to further research of enterprise IT capability.
