Abstract :
Significant changes have occurred in the world of telecommunications in the past years. Services and technologies have been developing at a great speed and survival on the market, therefore, requires prompt reaction. Regulators need to recognise potential problems and react to them in order to prevent market closure. This paper focuses on a project the objective of which is the forecasting and recognition of potential market problems and attempts to create a regulatory environment that will prevent the occurrence of such problems.
