The Study about Enterprise Knowledge Management Model Based on TRIZ

With the development of technology, enterprises should have the capacity of innovating so as to survive in this environment. This paper integrates the innovative tool TRIZ with the theory of enterprise knowledge management, gives a knowledge management model based on TRIZ, advises using the TRIZ method for enterprises to manage and innovate. This model composes of six parts: knowledge base, knowledge management system, knowledge operating process, knowledge management strategic environment, knowledge visualization environment and TRIZ tool, these parts contact from one another, can manage the enterprise knowledge effectively, and can help integrate and technically innovate for enterprise knowledge.
