Abstract :
We introduce a novel paradigm for generating basis functions for domain-decomposition (DD) in Integral-Equation formulations. The system uses the spectral-filling properties of the newly introduced Shannon basis functions, and a revised version of classical wavelet decomposition. Unlike other DD bases like CBF, SFX, this approach yields a sparse transformation matrix.
