Abstract :
During the construction course of large-scale projects, as the core of all participants, the tasks of coordination clients facing are the most complex. This is the problem of clients´ organizing interface management. In order to research the problem of clients´ organizing interface management, this paper puts forward the conceptual model of interface integration from the perspective of clients in large-scale construction project, and considers that establishing the integration platforms of organizing interface to promote the integration abilities is the most important. Above all, this paper analyzes the significance about setting up clients´ organizing interface integration platforms in large-scale construction projects. Basing on these, this paper establishes the system of clients´ organizing interface integration platforms in large-scale projects. This paper holds that during the construction course of large-scale projects, clients should try to establish three kinds of organizing interface integration platforms, which are informational exchange platform, informal communication mechanism, and breaking promise punishment and keeping promise incentive mechanism, to improve the efficiency of promoting the efficiency of clients´ integration abilities, and to ensure the constructions carried out smoothly.
