Abstract
A recent analysis of the AC-DC difference (/spl delta/) of a single junction thermal converter (SJTC) affords the opportunity to obtain further insight into the behaviour of these devices. We show that higher order terms make a significant contribution to /spl delta/. While radiation is a significant heat loss, it has little effect on /spl delta/.
