Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study the use of cross-correlation for radargrammetric applications. Two other criteria derived from the mean square error analysis are proposed. These three criteria are studied first through their distributions computed using simulated data, and secondly when applied on synthetic and real SAR images. Besides, the influence of the use of logarithm or averaged data is studied.
