Study on competency model for construction project management team members

The study compiles the competency questionnaire of the construction project team members. 345 valid questionnaires of construction projects of medium and large state-owned construction enterprises are collected, and the competency structure model of the construction project team members is built by the use of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the results show that the competency model of the construction project team members has three-dimensional structure, which is namely personal attributes, interpersonal skills, management skills. This study provides a new theory for human resource management of construction project.
