Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of power supply, the method of electrostatic coupling is applied to design LLC resonant load for implementing load matching[1]. In this paper, the characteristics of LLC resonant load and the selection of control variables for induction heating power supply are analyzed. In addition, a method for implementing the Digital Phase Locked Loop (DPLL) applied to induction-heating power supply and phase-shifted PWM are put forward in the paper. The process of implementing this method using DSP is presented also. The phase-shifted PWM is realized for the system. And the system promoted the digital control level of the induction heating.
