  • Abstract
    DICOM is an international standard communication protocol for medical equipments and at the present time more and more medical equipments supports and applies DICOM standards. In this situation, through the analysis of the structure of DICOM command set and data set, this paper proposes a scheme on how to parse DICOM command set and data set and in the meanwhile gives a detailed discussion on the design and implementation of that scheme and successfully validates its feasibility and correctness.
