  • Abstract
    The core components that guiding and twisting mechanisms of straw pad automatic bundling machine were designed and applied. A guiding groove with ring separable structure and twisting mechanism with the function of screwing and shearing the wire were put forward, and the banding cycle of the designed automatic bundling machine was 13s. Replacing manual bundling with the straw pad automatic bundling machine can enhance the production efficiency and automation level, improve bundling quality, and reduce labor intensity.
