Abstract :
This paper will introduce why this engine is necessary, how to realize the engine, how to analyze the address data inputted, how to separate the input to every component, how to compare the input with truth data to judge if the input address can be delivered, how to standardize the output to make it professional and what the engine will return to the user to help users understand easily and clearly what happened when parsing the address.
