Abstract
The paper introduces the firm growth theory into the telecommunication industry. It analyzes the internal and external factors of telecommunication enterprises, and builds an entire system that depicts the major factors concerning firm growth. On this foundation, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used to determine the weight of each factor of the primary, secondary and tertiary indicators. This system is supposed to help telecom corporations to evaluate their own firm growth.
