Abstract :
The article designs the detection method of automatic coagulation based on C# software, to achieve the parameter tests of Thrombus and Hemostatic. The article focuses on structure of the coagulation analyzer and the specific functions of the software design. Then it gives the communication protocol between upper and lower computer, and user interface design and implementation. Furthermore, the article uses prothrombin time testing experiment as an example to design the experimental steps. The test results show that the software can test the experiment, and the software interface is friendly.
