  • Abstract
    In the era of economic globalization and E-commerce, enterprises are struggling with ERP, SCM and CRM application, aiming to maintain the competitive edge, access to the global trading environment. However, these applications neither are easy to implement, nor expensive but time and cost consuming. But, there is a way to solve the dilemma, namely, enterprises can establishes model of enterprise three-dimensional information resources management to get maximize revenue and profits. This article makes a research on model of enterprise three-dimensional information resources management under E-commerce environment, and puts forward a three-dimensional management idea. Then this article proposes an integrated model which is composed by three systems (ERP, SCM and CRM) adds three networks (Internet, Intranet, and Extranet), and presents a framework for the integrated model, which can help a business to manage supply chain operation, interaction with customers, optimization of enterprise resources planning.
