Abstract :
This paper reports a direct comparison between measurement and circuit modelling for a triple microstrip line GaAs MMIC coupled circuit. The circuit has been fabricated using the GMMT F20 process and measured across the frequency range 1 - 40 GHz. The results are compared against a circuit model based on the HP MDS¿ circuit simulator and electromagnetic simulations using SONNET¿.
