Abstract :
CSM integration theory is one of the 5 basic theories of complexity science management (CSM) put forward by professor Xu xusong. In the paper, connotation of the CSM integration is implemented in an in-depth analysis, including concept of CSM integration and rules of CSM integration as well as steps of CSM integration, on the basis of which, the resource systems are classified. According to net value brought to organizations due to exchanges of substance, fund and effectiveness as well as information etc, a method for value measurement of CSM integration is provided.
