Abstract :
Given the characteristics of information resources and the mechanisms of allocation well, introduce complex network theory to build a complex network model of information resources allocation (IRA). Through simulating the model, some useful conclusions were put out: the network of IRA with some characteristics of scale-free network and small world network, could reduce the network cost while keeping network efficiency in a steady level. Consequently, the topology structure of networks proposed in this paper may help to realize optimal allocation of information resources.
