Research on the evaluation method for library service quality based on evolutionary neural network

It is an important work for modern libraries to evaluate service quality scientifically. In this paper, the evaluation index system of library service quality is discussed and established firstly. Then, the evolutionary neural network is applied in evaluating library service quality, and an intelligent method to evaluate library service quality based on evolutionary neural network is proposed. The illustrational results show that we can realize a fast and accurate evaluation for library service quality by this method. It is helpful for libraries to promote the service quality and efficiency.
