Abstract :
This paper analyzes the fundamental principles of spectral subtraction in speech enhancement algorithm and the basic structure of the trunking communication system in CERS (City Emergency Response System), meanwhile it researches improved spectral subtraction to optimize the scheduling functionality of the trunking communication in CERS and designs the hardware framework for the system. Improved algorithm can improve the communication voice quality through MATLAB simulation experiments, the analysis data showed that the trunking communication system in CERS has been gotten a certain optimization.
