Abstract :
This study focuses on the soft work life environment of airlines through examing the relationships between work life-benefits and turnover intention of airlines with SPSS 17.0. A total of 528 airlines employees from Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines and Spring Airlines completed an questionnaire either online or by paper. The results suggest that of work-life benefits has a significant negative relationship with turnover intentions and service-oriented organizational citizenship mediated the relationship significantly.
